What is conveyancing?

Housing Market in the United Kingdom

With house prices high and still rising, buyers and sellers of property have greater stakes. People need reassurance on the land and property not only of the house they might be selling but also the house they might be buying.

Why do I need to do conveyancing?

Because a seller would need to transfer ownership of the property to the buyer. The buyer would need information to confirm that the property and the environment are satisfactory.

What is Conveyancing?

Strictly speaking it's the transfer of documents (usually contract and title deeds) from the buyer to the seller. It might also include addtional information (searches which are gathered sources of surveying and/or conveyancing information).
