How This Site Works This site will guide you through the process of buying or selling a property, or even both at once. The process is broken down in to simple steps and each step will be explained in general terms in the first few paragraphs of the page. There are three different ways that you can choose to undertake your conveyancing. The first is allow a solicitor to handle the details for you. The second is to use the resources provided on this site. Please note that if we use an external resources, we do not charge you any more than the provider would. The third method is to contact compaines, or research information yourself. We will give you as muich information as possible to help you. You should consider that you are not bound to follow one of these methods exclusively. You may decide, for example, to have a solicitor handle the entire transaction, but order extra searches.
