Both house buyers/sellers (the consumers) and professionals are welcome to join this community and in doing so agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Consumers will have access to the Doyourown resources which attempt to detail the conveyancing process and to resources uploaded by members of this community. Doyourown (the organisation) will assist those who wish to make the journey of doing their own conveyancing by enabling users to order searches. Doyourown will also assist those who wish to engage professionals by enabling these organisations to promote themselves within the forum and portal. Monthly fees are payable by such organisations. Professionals, such as estate agents, conveyancers, removers and solicitors, are encouraged to promote their services and to respond to items posted in the message board. Doyourown wishes to preserve the integrity of all data posted to this site, and ensure that the site is used as a genuine network for supporting people to buy and sell houses, and in particular to do their own conveyancing. Users are therefore requested to comply with these aims. We will consider all requests for registration. Registration is automatic and immediate but can be changed by the organisation. The organisation reserves the right to discontinue free access to the site without notice and to introduce subscription fees for those who wish to continue to use the site at that point in time.
